Bristol Bot Builders – a community who fight robots (often in pubs) in Bristol & South-West, UK. Join our Facebook Group & Forum! BBB shop stocks both our own bot parts & ones from across the world that aren’t always easy or quick to get in the UK & Europe.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched same or next working day. We mainly use Royal Mail envelopes and parcels.
These have an estimated delivery of the following working days: 1-3 UK, 3-5 Europe & 6-7 worldwide.
Ordering merch may take longer as it is made to order.
If you can’t see a shipping option at checkout, please email and we can sort out an invoice.
If the shipping option mentions tracking you can expect a tracking link in your dispatch email.
Customs
When ordering from outside of the UK you may see some delays as parcels go through customs – you should expect to see some customs fees which will vary from country to country and you are responsible for these.
US customers: We charge a customs duty on all items of 15% at checkout due to tariff rules – from 29th August 2025.
Note: The charge at checkout may be more than the end customs calculation, in this case we will refund you the extra upon shipping.
EU customers: From July 2026 some countries require customs fees to be paid up front before shipping. We’ll get in touch to collect those fees as soon as we’ve packed your order.
Returns & refunds
Returns / refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis – reply to your order email if you wish to return a product, ideally with photos and details. If a product does not work on arrival or in initial testing we are likely to be able to replace it free of charge. We are unlikely to accept returns/refunds any product used in battle. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
